Who can enter?
Anyone can enter these competitions and be in the running for some great prizes. LetsGoKids has two competitions for Melbourne... so have a go! (Make sure you have Mum & Dad or Guardian's permission first - and make sure they read the Terms & Conditions!)

How do I win?
The first 50 correct entrants will be notified by email. So only smarty pants can win! You will only be asked for a postal address if you win... so we know where to send your prize.
This may not be easy but... have fun!

1. Who may enter
   Only Australian residents who are not employees of LetsGoKids Pty Ltd or the immediate family of such employees. "Immediate family" means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee. Entrants must be between the ages of 5 - 18.
2. Conditions of entry
   By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these General Terms and Conditions and any Special Terms and Conditions appearing on the website specific to the particular competition. One entry per person.
3. How to enter
   Posted entry's will not be accepted. Filling in our online competiion form is the only method of entry. Only entrants with Correct answers are entered into the final draw. Entrants must be between the ages of 5 - 18.
4. Selection of winner
   The final winner will be drawn at random. The first entry drawn with all correct answeres will win. LetsGoKids Pty Ltd decision is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
5. Notification of winner
   Winners will be notified by email and their name posted on our website as the competition winner. The winner will only be asked for their postal address when they are notified as the winner via email, in order for prize to be sent direct to their nominated address. If the notified winner does not supply postal address within one month of being notified as the winner, the winner may be forfeited and the prize used at the discretion of LetsGoKids Pty Ltd.
6. Prizes
   The prize must be taken as offered by LetsGoKids Pty Ltd and is not transerfable, exchangeable, redeemable for cash or for resale. In the event that a prize becomes is unavailable, LetsGoKids Pty Ltd reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No responsibility will be accepted by LetsGoKids Pty Ltd for any lost or misdirected mail.
7. Privacy
   Personal details contained in your entry will be used to contact you as winner or notify you of future competitions or for future promotional and marketing purposes by LetsGoKids Pty Ltd only. We will not sell or distribute our competition database to anyone not affiliated with LetsGoKids Pty Ltd.
8. Limitations of Liability
   If a competition is affected by computer virus, tampering, unauthorised intervertion, fraud, technical failures, or acts of nature (such as flood, fires, etc) or events that are out of the control of LetsGoKids Pty Ltd that affects the fairnets and integrity of the the competition, LetsGoKids Pty Ltd may terminate, cancel, modify or suspend the competition or disqualify the winner at our discretion. LetsGoKids Pty Ltd cannot be held responsible for internet connection or website hosting issues that are beyond our control. LetsGoKids Pty Ltd makes no representations or warranties as to the quality, suitability or merchantability of any prizes offered.
