Makers Workshop - Paper Making Tours
A must see when in Burnie. Learn the art of making paper
by hand using wombat poo, apple pulp or rainforest leaves.
Knowledgeable and passionate guides take you through
the paper making process with a chance to make your own
paper.

FREE PENGUIN TOURS
Around dusk from October to March, Little Penguins noisily
waddle ashore at Burnie to nest in their burrows, and every
evening during the season, Friends of Burnie Penguins
offer free interpretative tours for visitors.
Go to the Little Penguin Observation Centre about one hour
after dusk.
