City of Launceston Visit Launceston in any season and you’ll find a city alive with colour, atmosphere and world-class attractions. Get on your bike at the Hollybank Mountain Bike Park or Blue Derby Mountain Bike Trail, adventure destinations of international standards. If you're after some local insight, take a tour with Mountain Bike Tasmania or ride through charming back streets and pedal along the North Esk and Tamar Rivers with On Your Bike Tours.  Launceston punches well above its weight in culture and the arts. Set amongst the magnificent old and new growth forests around Hollybank Forest Reserve is the thrilling Hollybank Treetops Adventures and Trees Adventure, offering an exhilarating multi-stage zip-line ride in the tree canopy, Segway Tour, challenging obstacle courses high up in the tree canopy will have all the family swinging, leaping, climbing and flying through the forest.
