Melbourne Visitor Centre at Federation Square is a one-stop shop for people visiting Melbourne with information, brochures, events and can assist with travel bookings. It is the information hub and the people working there are locals who know everything there is to do in Melbourne and Victoria.

Located in Bourke Street Mall you will find the Melbourne Visitor Booth, which has free information on where to go, see and eat.

See the sights of the city with the Melbourne Visitor Shuttle. Just $10 hop on and off the shuttle as it travels all over town with 13 different stops. The pass allows you to travel over 2 days. Some of the stops include, the Melbourne Cricket Ground, National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne Aquarium, Docklands and the Queen Victoria Market.
The buses depart every half an hour, you can ride in air-conditioned comfort, make use of the free Wi-Fi and hear audio commentary about Melbourne city's past and present.
Throughout the city you might see City Ambassadors, who have red uniforms on. Get personal assistance with directions, on events of transport enquiries from them. These volunteers are approachable and friendly who can help with any questions you might have.
