Perth Glory

Perth Glory Football Club is an Australian professional soccer club based in Perth. It competes in the country's premier competition, the A-League, under licence from Football Federation Australia. Founded in 1995, Perth Glory is one of three A-League clubs to survive from the now defunct National Soccer League (NSL). Glory entered the A-League competition for the inaugural 2005–06 season, eight years after the club's formation in 1995.[2] Perth won three league Premierships and two Championships in the NSL. The club plays at nib Stadium , with a seated capacity of 20,500. A youth team competes in the National Youth League. A woman's team competes in the W-League. Both the youth and woman's team play at various locations across Perth, most played at Ashfield Reserve and nib Stadium. The Perth Glory Foundation has also been set up to help with the development of junior footballers within The Perth Glory Football Club Junior Academy and Community Development Programs. The Junior Academy looks to provide a clear development pathway from under 13’s all the way through to the Hyundai A-League and to provide an environment that gives the players the very best chance of achieving their goals - while at the same time making sure they are enjoying every minute of their football. The Community Development program provides football programs in schools and community to all school age groups and genders to foster participation and further development of young football talent and enjoyment of the game. Donations are fully tax deductible & each donation will play a vital role in ensuring the development of these critical areas which assist in the development of our youth & their ongoing contribution. By contributing to The Perth Glory Foundation, you are helping the Perth Glory Football Cub achieve its objectives and in doing so field and develop a strong, competitive team and provide meaningful football and community programs. In addition to providing tax deductibility, all PGFC disbursements are fully endorsed by both the ASF & The Foundation, providing assurance for the donor.
