The Royal Launceston Show is held annually at the Launceston Showgrounds in Inveresk in October and is hosted by the Royal National Agricultural and Pastoral Society of Tasmania (RNAPS). An average of 15,000 people attend each year.
The show has been running since 1873, though the descriptor “royal” was only added in 1984 after a royal decree was granted giving it this official status.
You will never forget the thrills and excitement of the Show.
Lots of free entertainment, with live music, stunt bikes, wood chopping and appearances by Paw Patrol, Peppa Pig, Batman and many more!
All of your favourites will still be there - daredevils looking for the biggest buzz can enjoy the latest adrenaline-charged rides or rides the whole family can enjoy at Side Show Alley, the Show Bag Tent and the Animal Nursery.
