Children under the age of 14 must be supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
Parents are not permitted to drop off any child under the age of 14 at the centre to be left unattended.
All children under the age of 10 must be supervised by an adult over the age of 16 years at all times.
All children under the age of 5 must be constantly supervised by a parent/guardian at all times.
Unsupervised children will be removed from an activity if the airguard is concerned for their safety.
No patron is permitted to use the equipment outside of our opening hours without the supervision of an airguard.
Supervising parents do not need to pay general admission, however, any person found actively using equipment will be required to pay entry, as well as purchase grip socks.
Grip socks must be worn at all times in accordance with the International Association of Trampoline Parks (IATP) and Australian Trampoline Parks Association standards. Patrons wearing normal/non-grip socks will be asked to purchase the correct socks.
Wristbands must be shown on patrons at all times.
Due to allergies and anaphylaxis risks, external food and drinks (with the exception of bottled water) are not permitted to be brought onto the premises. Visitors who have made a party booking are able to bring their own birthday cake, to be contained in their private party room.
Patrons are to act in a responsible manner while using all equipment, obeying all oral and written rules.
Visitors are not permitted to engage in fighting, threatening/violent behaviour or rough play.
No drugs or alcohol allowed on the premises at any time. Any patron affected by drugs or alcohol will be asked to leave the premises.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any patron.
