Jack-O’-Lantern Mask
Print, color, cut out and wear this fun Jack-o-lantern mask for Halloween.
Materials
Letter size or A4 printable card stock
Crayons, paint or any coloring material
Scissors
Craft knife
Hole punch
Elastic string or craft stick
Glue or tape (optional)
Steps
Print out either the black & white or colored large jack-o-lantern template on A4 or Letter size card stock.
Cut out the eyes. You may or may not cut out the mouth.
Color or paint the jack-o’-lantern using your favorite coloring material. If you printed out the colored template, skip this step.
There are two ways to turn the jack-o’-lantern into a mask:
a.) Glue or tape a craft stick at the back of the jack-o’-lantern (paint the craft stick if you like). Wear the mask by holding it by the craft stick handle in front of your face. This is a very good option for younger kids.
b.) The second option involves punching a pair of holes on either side of the mask. Cut a length of elastic string and tie the ends around the pair of holes at the sides of the mask. The mask should fit snugly but not too tight. Adjust the length of the string if necessary.
