To mark the beginning of Children’s Book Week, they are celebrating May Gibbs, one of Australia’s best loved authors, illustrators and cartoonist. Her wonderful stories have been loved by many generations.
Come along for a morning of arts and crafts and activities for all ages, allowing families to bask in the nostalgic, environmental legacy of the Queen of the gumnut babies and her love of the Australian Bush.
This is a multi-generational event where all are welcome; children who love craft, adults who love the Australian Bush, and artists who love botanical-style illustrations of Australian flora and fauna.
