Looking for a fun and educational activity to enjoy with your children this holiday season?

Join us at the Museum at Inveresk, 2 Invermay Road, to take part in this hands-on holiday workshop on Tuesday 1 October (morning session) – and create your very own Myriorama card game, also known as an “endless landscape” game.

Be inspired by This Vanishing World, our exhibition featuring work by Olegas Truchanas, the renowned wilderness photographer and conservationist.

With the guidance of the QVMAG Learning Team, you’ll design and paint your own set of Myriorama cards, each with a different landscape scene.

Then – arrange your cards in different sequences to create landscape combinations and storytelling possibilities!

PLEASE NOTE:

• Bookings are required for all attendees. Children must be accompanied by a fee-paying adult.
• All tickets are $6pp.
• All materials provided.
• Recommended age 8+ years old.
• Please feel free to bring a water bottle to the session.
• This is a supervised activity and not a drop-off activity. Parents/guardians are expected to remain present for the duration of the event — and are encouraged to help and join in on the fun!
