Explore the best of cold climate produce. Fine foods (such as truffles, wine, garlic, olives and much more), and the Cellar Door wine market will be inside The Vault, beside a street and garden of farmer’s stalls. Like a chef’s market, you’ll have direct access to premium and rare goods from the region. There will also be fire and entertainment for all ages.

Over 50 seasonal producers will be selling winter goods from regional farms in collaboration with the Southern Harvest Association and the Canberra Truffle Festival
