After a winter hiatus, the Yarra Glen Racecourse Market is back in full swing on Sunday 4th September.
An easy 50 minute drive from Melbourne, this market feels intimate but actually consists of over 250 stalls.
Each stall is a story, as each piece sold at the market is hand made, in small batches, usually by the very person standing within it.
Taste the commitment to Australian ingredients, feel the quality of hand made clothing and find out the inspiration behind the artwork.
With plenty of delicious foods to eat while you’re at the market, you won’t go home hungry. Nibble on an almond croissant as you wander the stalls or take a seat and people watch while tucking into a hearty dish of paella.
On from 9am-2pm, regardless of weather. Entry is free, Parking costs $4 -Supervised by Dixon’s Creek Primary School and Yarra Glen Cricket Club.
