This much-loved experience brings the story to life from the moment the train departs\, led by a talented cast of live actors. Set to the sounds of the motion picture soundtrack\, guests embark on an interactive 90-minute theatrical journey through the magic of Christmas. \nDuring the experience\, passengers are served a chilled chocolate drink and biscuit by the POLAR EXPRESSTM Chefs. At the journey’s end\, Santa greets each child with the First Gift of Christmas – a silver bell. Families are encouraged to wear their favourite pyjamas to become part of the story. \nTickets will be available from 9 June 2026 at 9:00 am for shows running from Saturday 5 December to Sunday 20 December 2026.
