Tinkering Space

Scitech’s ‘Tinkering Space’ is an innovative space for visitors to Think, Make, Try and Refine their ideas.

With an epic Lego wall, a giant marble run and a collaborative DIY loom, you won’t be stuck for inspiration.

Staff led activities allow children to build, test, create and get hands on with the process of innovation.

Visitors can design and build cardboard mazes, make and use an abacus, plan and create dice kits, extendable scissor arms, introductory models of prosthetic hands, or sew together your own reusable produce bag.
