Helensburgh
Helensburgh is a small town in New South Wales, Australia. Helensburgh is located 45 kilometres south of the Sydney central business district and 34 kilometres (21 mi) north of Wollongong. Helensburgh is in the local government area of Wollongong City Council and marks the northern end of the Illawarra region. It is approximately halfway between Sydney and Wollongong, at the southern end of the Royal National Park.
Wollongong has stacks of family friendly attractions including the Science Centre and Planetarium, Symbio Zoo, Jamberoo Action Park , the Australia Motorlife Museum, Flip Out Trampoline Park and the Nan Tien Temple – The largest Buddhist Temple in the southern hemisphere, Nan Tien, is a place of tranquility. Take a tour of the temple or wander through the peaceful gardens. Zoom Wollongong, in the heart of town, is a great place to escape the elements and enjoy a coffee whilst the kids run off some energy. For a challenging game of mini golf, the Illawarra Golf  complex is on the road to Shellharbour.
