Belconnen is one of the most populous suburbs in Canberra with plenty of places to take the kids to visit and play. Westfield Belconnen has great school holiday activities. Leafy Kingston is home to the Canberra Glassworks and Old Bus Depot Markets. The markets run on every Sunday and they have special kids markets throughout the year.

Gold Creek Village in the north has plenty of attractions, cafes and restaurants all within easy walking distance. You will find something to satisfy everyone in the family. Attractions include, Cockington Green Gardens, Canberra Reptile Zoo and the National Dinosaur Museum.
