Join us at the gardens at Billilla Mansion for an afternoon of music and entertainment under the trees. Enjoy bands on the lawn, pop up Shakespeare, dancing on the patio, kids activities and roving performers that will bring Billilla Gardens to life for one beautiful bayside afternoon.

Entertainment line-up
The Wikimen bring 20’s swing and charm to the front lawn, while Big Fiddle Little Fiddle roam in folky string style. Charlotte Raven will write your perfect poem and get your fortune told by the traditional form of Biscuit Readings.

Enjoy pop up Shakespeare all over the park from the jolly players of Shaketh’spear and relax and unwind with Amla’s meditative loops. Get your limbs moving and blood pumping with the joy of dance with Rhythm of Life African Drumming and get your Charleston on with Swing Patrol.

The whole event will be documented by the expert eyes and paintbrushes of the Brighton Art Society, before we end with a performance by the Eclective String Quartet and their renowned fusion of pop and classical.

Plus, kids can partake in engaging art activities by Bayside Libraries from 12pm – 4pm.

Food and drink
Bring a picnic or indulge in delicious treats from the Country Women’s Association Bayside, a sizzling sausage from the Brighton Lions Club, and recharge with a selection of beverages from the coffee and drink cart.
