Anglesea Golf Club is set in the beautiful hinterland of the Great Ocean Road where 300 Eastern Grey Kangaroos live. Hosting guided Kangaroo Tours since 2015, they now attract visitors from all over the world. Guides will share interesting facts about kangaroos and stop at favourite spots for photos. You’ll be “up close and personal” with these amazing Australian marsupials and you might even see a baby “Joey” kangaroo, peeking from mum’s pouch. Tours can be booked via the website and please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. Kangaroo tours take 25 minutes and run daily every half hour between 11am - 3pm.
If you book a Kangaroo Tour your family will receive 10% off any Bistro and Bar purchases on the day. The Clubhouse Bistro and Bar which is open from 11am daily serving coffee, snacks, lunch and dinner. With a magnificent view down the 18th Fairway, guests can enjoy a meal or drink from the restaurant or on the newly built outdoor deck.
Put your putting skills to the test! Set atop rolling fairways n a bush setting the 18-hole mini-golf course invites people of all ages for a unique outdoor experience.
