Green-screen dance moves

October 24 @ 10:00 am - 2:30 pm AEDT

Celebrate the power of self-expression and creative movement at ACMI.

In a fun and supportive environment, students watch the short film Dancer before joining a guided dance workshop that includes warm-ups, basic dance improvisation techniques, and a chance to perform in front of the green screen.

This program is open to all Victorian Government schools and low-fee non-Government schools.

Each participating school will receive a recording of their students’ performance.

Book now to give your students the opportunity to express themselves, connect with others, and move with meaning.

Session times:

  • 10am–11:45am (30 students)
  • 11.15–1pm (30 students)
  • 12.45– 2.30pm (30 students)

Would you like to include a visit to our centrepiece exhibition? Please book this separately here.

This Children’s Week event is presented by ACMI in partnership with the Victorian Government.
