City of Darwin is bringing back the much-loved Darwin Christmas activities, kicking off with the new City of Darwin Makers Market, Darwin Christmas Pageant, Lord Mayors Lighting of Christmas Tree, Christmas Concert and more on Saturday 15 November 2025! ✨
Watch community groups, schools, and local organisations bring the Christmas spirit to life in a spectacular parade celebrating the rich and diverse culture of the Top End.
🕺Parade route: Starts at The Esplanade (corner of Knuckey Street) and finishes at Civic Park, Smith Street, Darwin

🎨 Maker’s Market: 4:00 pm – 7:00 pm | Brought to you by DCRA
👯‍♀️ Darwin Christmas Pageant: 6:00 pm – 6:45 pm
🪄 Lord Mayor’s Tree Lighting: 7:00 pm – 7:15 pm
🎈 Christmas Concert: 7:30 pm – 9:00 pm
