Enjoy a changing-selection of Tasmanian cheeses sourced from renowned local makers including Bruny Island Cheese Co., Bay of Fires and Coal River Farm, served alongside fresh and dried fruits, quince paste, smoked almonds, candied walnuts, lavosh and assorted crispbreads. The experience also includes baked brie with hot honey, a glass of Tasmanian wine, and your choice of barista coffee or tea -the perfect winter indulgence.
