The facility is open seven days a week from 8:00 am until 10:00 pm, with the last tee-off scheduled for 9:00 pm daily. Group sizes are limited to a maximum of six players per group. While walk-ins are welcome and bookings are not strictly required, making an online reservation is highly recommended to secure your preferred time. Standard weekday pricing from Monday to Friday is $15 AUD for adults, $10 AUD for children under 18 and seniors, and $42 AUD for a family package. On weekends and public holidays, the rate is $17 AUD for adults, $12 AUD for children and seniors, and $45 AUD for families. Toddlers under four years old play for free.

Once your round is completed, families can move directly into the Palmerston Golf and Country Club Bistro. The bistro serves lunch daily from 12:00 pm to 2:00 pm and dinner from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm. It features a fully air-conditioned indoor dining area alongside one of the largest undercover outdoor function spaces in the entire Darwin region, offering scenic views across the main golf course. The clubhouse environment is family-friendly, keeping older family members entertained with access to Fox Sports, TAB, and Keno facilities.
