Frequently described as the friendliest golf club on Victoria’s spectacular surf coast, Anglesea Golf Club is located just an hour’s drive from the centre of Melbourne on some of the most beautiful land in the region. Not only is the course famous for its meticulous presentation, it is also famously home to a colony of around 300 eastern grey kangaroos.
Kangaroo tours are conducted daily from 10am to 4pm. On your 25-minute guided tour, you’ll learn about their life cycles, habits and more! Our drivers will take you to suitable areas to disembark for photos and visit favourite locations, where kangaroos graze and rest. If you’re lucky, you might even see a joey (baby kangaroo), peeking from its mother’s pouch!
