The new name also came with a new menu, featuring fresh seafood caught by local fishermen. This change helped solidify Iluka Tavern as a must-visit spot for seafood lovers in Coles Bay.

The Iluka Tavern is located at 1/15 Esplanade, Coles Bay in Tasmania. They are open daily from 11:00am to 10:00pm, every Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Whilst on Wednesdays and Sundays, they are open from 11:00am to 9:00pm.
