Koalas Play Centre operates Monday to Friday from 9am to 2pm, Saturdays from 9am to 5pm, and Sundays from 10am to 4pm. During school term weekdays, children aged 1 to 11 years can enjoy entry for $11.90, while weekends and school holidays see prices ranging from $11.90 for 1–2-year-olds to $14.90 for 3–11-year-olds. Adults and children under 12 months enter free, and visitors can stay for unlimited time, allowing children to enjoy the play areas at their own pace.
The centre features several imaginative play zones. The Construction Zone encourages young builders to engage in hands-on creativity with child-sized tools, blocks, and mini bricks. Kids can role-play as construction workers, enhancing teamwork, problem-solving, and motor skills. The Pirate Ship Area provides adventurous play for older children, complete with slides leading into a ball pond. Here, children can engage in social play and imaginative treasure hunts.
Younger visitors have a dedicated Under-2s Baby Area, offering age-appropriate toys, soft play, and sensory experiences that support motor skill development in a safe, secure setting. For older children, a Giant Inflatable Slide and Large Climbing Frame offer physical challenges that help build confidence, balance, and coordination.

The centre is also a popular venue for birthday parties and private events. Party packages include the Standard Party, which offers unlimited playtime, one hour in a themed party room, party meals and drinks for each child, and optional visits from the Koala mascot. The Deluxe Birthday Package adds party gifts for each child, adult food platters, a fairy bread platter, and bonus return entry. Both packages include healthy and allergy-friendly food options, making them suitable for all attendees.
For larger groups or private hire, the centre can be booked after regular opening hours: Monday to Friday from 2pm, Saturday from 5pm, and Sunday from 4pm. The private hire package accommodates up to 50 children for two hours, with additional time and attendees available for a supplementary cost. Food options can be arranged through the centre, or hosts may bring their own refreshments, though alcohol is not permitted.
