The centrepiece is the impressive six-lane, 25-metre swimming pool, perfect for parents to enjoy a refreshing lap swim while keeping an eye on the kids. But the real kicker for youngsters is the aquatic play area. This dedicated space features a shallow depth, interactive water features, and colourful slides, keeping little ones entertained for hours. SWIRL is a certified Keep Watch facility, so parents can relax knowing the qualified staff are focused on safety while families enjoy their time together.
GOswim: Building Confidence in the Water
Whether your child is a water baby or a little hesitant, SWIRL’s GOswim program is the perfect way to nurture their love for the water. This AUSTSWIM accredited program caters specifically to children, offering a structured and progressive learning environment. GOswim instructors are passionate and fully qualified, ensuring a safe and positive experience for each child. The program is segmented by age groups, starting with infants as young as 6 months old accompanied by their parents/guardians. The preschooler and primary school aged programs focus on building water confidence, basic swimming skills, and water safety knowledge in a fun and interactive way. For older children who want to take their swimming to the next level, the GOswim Academy development squad provides focused training and technique development.
SWIRL – Family-Friendly Fun Beyond the Pool
