Exploring the World’s Largest Maze in Tasmazia

Tasmazia is just one piece of the diverse array of family-friendly things to do that Tasmania has to offer. Since the first maze was planted in 1987 (at the time the largest maze in the world) Tasmazia and the Village of Lower Crackpot have been loved by thousands of visitors from around the world, which is an essential stop on the route of every reputable tourist attraction company in Tasmania.

Located in the aptly-named Promised Land – a beautiful spot in the heart of the Cradle Mountain and Lakes District, our challenging mazes and whimsical village, as well as the fun-packed Embassy Gardens, are a much-needed escape from everyday life. Experience one of the world’s largest maze complexes with us, featuring eight unique mazes to get lost in. Each maze offers a completely different experience from the others!

  • The Great Maze is one of the world’s largest mazes.
  • The Hampton Court Maze is an exact replica of the famous original in London.
  • The Balance Maze will seriously test your agility.
  • The Yellow Brick Road Maze is a favourite among Tasmanian tourist attractions, loved by kids of all ages.
  • With Hexagonal, Cage, Confusion and Irish mazes to delight and challenge you, you’ll never want to find your way out
