7 Paintings – The Art of Dining has arrived at core Restaurant & Bar, Crowne Plaza Hobart, offering a unique experience that blends cuisine, art, storytelling, and interactive entertainment into one unforgettable evening.

Following a sold-out opening on 28 August, the immersive dining experience takes guests beyond a traditional restaurant setting and into a two-and-a-half-hour journey through seven courses inspired by some of the world’s most renowned artists, including Picasso, Michelangelo, and Banksy.

Each course is paired with interactive activities that encourage guests to become part of the experience. Throughout the evening, diners can paint, solve riddles, and discover fascinating stories behind the artists and their iconic works.

Designed as an intimate and exclusive event, 7 Paintings welcomes a maximum of 24 guests per session. The seven-course menu features dishes such as beef carpaccio with truffle mayonnaise, seared salmon with fennel and celery salad, beef tenderloin with sweet potato mash and Shiraz jus, and a signature chocolate painting dessert. Vegetarian and vegan options are also available.

7 Paintings – The Art of Dining runs twice weekly from 6:30pm, with tickets priced at $165 per person. Due to limited seating, early bookings are recommended for those looking to secure a place at this one-of-a-kind culinary and artistic experience.
