Prepare to whisk, dunk and slurp your way through the sweetest month of winter with an irresistible line up of limited edition hot chocolates, immersive experiences, and chocolate filled fun for all ages.

Each week, discover a brand-new menu of limited edition hot chocolates, with every creation featuring couverture chocolate, a handcrafted marshmallow, artisan ingredients, and a playful interactive element that transforms a classic hot chocolate into something truly unforgettable.

Join The Chocolateries Tasting Sessions where you can sip, slurp and savour your way through eight indulgent festival flavours in our immersive tasting experience. Then, get hands-on as you create your own personalised hot chocolate to take home, choosing from a range of fun and unique ingredients. $28 per person. Bookings required.

The chocolate fun doesn’t stop there! Every weekday during the festival, create three of your very own chocolate spheres at the Hot Chocolate Creation Lab. Fill and decorate each one with your favourite delicious ingredients before they’re sealed and ready to take home. Available Monday to Friday from 9am until 2pm daily. $12 per person. No bookings required. Subject to availability.
