The wonderful animal sanctuary at Cradle Mountain is starting its fun busy season, and the furry residents are ready to welcome everyone in the lovely, warmer weather.
As the spring sun starts to shine down on the beautiful Tasmanian forest, our fiercely cute animals are getting very active. To celebrate the longer days, the sanctuary has added an extra Joey Encounter tour, operating at 12pm daily. This means families get even more chances to go behind the scenes into the cozy animal nursery. You can meet, gently pat, and take photos of some adorable hand-raised babies, including fluffy little Tasmanian devils!
It is the perfect time of year to walk around outside, enjoy the sunshine, and learn how the amazing keepers take care of these special creatures.
