5 large egg
130 ml cream
1 tbs onion grated
2.6 sheets puff pastry
1 cup cheese grated
1/2 cup ham (deli) chopped
Preheat oven to 210C.
Grease muffin pan.
Using a fork, beat eggs, cream, onion, and salt and pepper in a bowl until well-combined.
Cut and line each muffin hole with pastry.
Divide ham and cheese into muffin holes, and spoon in egg mixture.
Bake for 20-22 minutes.
If you are freezing them, reduce cooking time by 2 minutes and reheat in oven.
