Bendigo’s Blooming Tram Café at Bendigo Tramways

Bendigo’s Blooming Tram Café at Bendigo Tramways

As part of Bendigo’s annual ‘Bloom’ spring celebration, The Bendigo Tramways Tram Cafe has been beautifully decorated with a colourful array of flowers, offering a delightful setting for enjoying coffee and a light meal. Situated at Australia’s oldest operating Tram Depot, visitors can relax inside a 1916 N-Class Tram, impeccably restored by the skilled craftsmen from the Bendigo Tramways workshop team.

Embellished both inside and out, the ‘Bloom’ Tram Cafe pays tribute to the city’s rich history and culture while drawing inspiration from nature. Step aboard to capture a selfie with the enchanting floral arrangement! Additionally, visitors can experience the thrill of sitting in the driver’s cab and using the controls. For those interested in delving deeper into Bendigo Tramway’s history, a visit to the free museum on-site is highly recommended.

You can also hop on one of our Vintage Talking Trams right from the Tram Café! This captivating display will remain in place until the end of November.
