They say you can’t choose your neighbours, even in outer space.
Uranus is four times bigger than Earth but that’s still not enough space for two neighbouring aliens. Sharing a fence line and not much else, the two strange beings drive each other up the wall and into orbit. They love to hate and squabble at every opportunity. Don’t even get them started on yucky cooking smells.
When the arrival of a new creature puts their arguments into perspective, the aliens must find a way to live as themselves, as well as side by side.
Written and directed by the acclaimed artist Nathan Maynard (Palawa) and designed by master creature maker Bryony Anderson, Space Neighbours on Uranus is a funny, powerful exploration of home, no matter what planet you live on.
